Thinking of renting?

Registering with Coppersun Properties is easy; you can complete the online form, e-mail or telephone. We will then start searching our database for suitable properties. You can also use the website and search online through the huge selection of properties that are updated daily. We will organise viewings at your convenience, weekdays, evenings or weekends.

Once we have found the property you want, we will ask you to provide suitable referees and we will forward details to the landlord at which point your references will be applied for.

Subject to satisfactory references and the landlord's agreement, we will draft a tenancy agreement between both parties. We will also produce an inventory of the property and provide a copy to both you and the landlord as part of our property management services.

Advanced Rental and Deposit is required prior to the start of the tenancy. The deposit is reimbursed at the end of the tenancy, subject to the tenancy agreement. On managed properties paperwork is completed to transfer utilities etc. to your name. You will then be given the keys and can move in to the property.
